This song landed recently with gusto on a rainy 7 a.m. puppy walk at Point Isabel.  I had been feeling very constricted, sad and shut down after too much media consumption of challenging national and world events.  I was feeling powerless and wanted to shift that dynamic.  I found it helpful and hope you do too! ~ Sara
