Living Room Choir Summer Plans – Los Angeles, Monterey, and Thursday Nights in El Cerrito:

Every Thursday is a Drop-In!

The Living Room Choir just finished the spring concert, One by One, at both the Berkeley Public Library and the Silverado Memory Care Center – two places we love to sharing music. It was a beautiful weekend. Thank you to all who attended!

Our Summer Session kicks off right away with Drop-In evenings every Thursday night starting June 6. Newcomers are always welcome. Come to one or all! We can’t wait to sing with you!

I will be leading Lisa G. Littlebird’s Wholehearted Community Chorus for one night on Monday, June 17th in Monterey, and songleading at the first-ever LA Community Songfest, June 21-23, in Hollywood. See and share those details below…

Summer Schedule:

Non-Audition; No Sight Reading; All Are Welcome!

All Drop-In (no cumulative rehearsals – each night will be different! Come to one, or all, and bring those friends who just want to check it out or try something new.)

Don’t miss these fantastic songleaders doing their thing with the Living Room Choir!

  • Dates: June 6 – August 29th*
  • Thursdays, 7-8:30pm
  • at Grace Lutheran Church, 15 Santa Fe Ave, at the El Cerrito and Kensington border in the East Bay Area, CA. We sing in their beautiful sanctuary. It is wheelchair accessible.
  • Sliding Scale: pick what’s right for you!
    Whole Summer Session: $390 – $260
    Per Month:
    June: $120 – $80
    July: $120 – $80*
    August: $150 – $100
    Drop-in rate: $30 – $20
    *Note: Either we will meet on July 4th, or a makeup songcircle will be offered another day that week
  • Payment plans and trade available; no one is ever turned away for lack of funds.
  • Cash, Check, PayPal/Venmo and Credit Card are all accepted

Kaitie Ty Warren will be leading Lisa G Littlebird’s Wholehearted Community Chorus while Lisa is out of town the evening of Monday, June 17th. 5:30 – 7pm, at the Monterey American Legion near Veteran’s Park, 1110 Veterans Dr, Monterey, CA 93940. The chorus is also in Summer Drop in mode like we are, and newbies are welcome. More info can be found on TheBirdSings.com/Wholehearted.
